I missed out on the grand opening of Newcastle’s very own Apple Store today due to being stuck at work.\u00a0 So I had to resort to the Twitter collective of Newcastle to help share the buzz of opening day.\u00a0 So due to the fact that I raped and pilliaged there content from opening day I first should give credit to the guys that were there.<\/p>\n

Thanks to @ramshaw @Legion11 @purplelime @Kerry350 and @paul_a_smith for keeping me in the loop.<\/p>\n

The frustration of not being able to make it to the store had me watching over twitter to keep in touch with how things were unfolding and also gauge how quiet the shopping centre I work in was going to be.\u00a0 I work in the Metrocentre the closest shopping centre to Eldon Square and where the Apple Store was opening.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>While the Buzz of the new Apple store was at its highest I decided to judge how much so compared to where I was.\u00a0 The tweets near by give for most interesting viewing that basically confirmed what I already suspected.\u00a0 Only an Idiot would have been shopping in the Metrocentre today.<\/p>\n
