These cliffs and the associated resort beach attracted artists including Eug\u00e8ne Boudin<\/a>, Gustave Courbet<\/a> and Claude Monet<\/a>, and were featured prominently in the 1909\u00a0Ars\u00e8ne Lupin<\/a> novel The Hollow Needle<\/a><\/em> by Maurice Leblanc<\/a>.<\/p>\n
