Best Advert of the year so far?

I’m one of them people that get totally sucked into the adverts while I’m watching TV. I find myself getting angry when I see a rubbish advert and I can appreciate a good advert.

The first time sore the epic Hovis Advert (Yes I did just call an advert epic) I remember saying that it had to be one of the best adverts ever.

Turns out it wasn’t far from the truth – Hovis commercial rises to the occasion to win top award

The new advert for the “Mile Ready” event from Red Bee Media event for Sports Relief 2010 has got my vote for one of the best adverts so far this year.

For today’s post I was trying to find some not very interesting facts to share with you all but ended up on a click through trip around Wikipedia looking at inventions and inventors.

Yoshiro Nakamatsu the inventor of the CD, DVD and Floppy disc also know as just “Dr. NakaMats”.  A man that I feel like I should already be aware of, due to his CD, DVD intention.  Today was in fact the first time I have ever heard of him and maybe the first time you have too.
